The theatrical trailer of the film was unveiled on 1st October 2013 on YouTube while the film is expected to be released on December 6, 2013. Srihari who played Ajit Taaka in the movie died in Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, aged 49, after suffering from a liver ailment.
